About Us

Matthew is the founding Director of Kervale. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa, as well as a Master’s Degree from Monash University in Australia.

Stephen is Kervale’s Development Director and a qualified Structural Engineer with almost 30 years’ experience in construction and property. His practical design-and-construct background gives him a strong understanding of project strategy, delivery and quality outcomes.

Shannon is a Director at Kervale and brings a bright, thoughtful and caring approach to the business. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Melbourne, combining strong analytical insight with a genuine interest in people and community. Shannon’s warmth and considered perspective make her a valued part of the Kervale team.

Hamilton is Kervale’s Financial Manager and a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than ten years experience across financial management, forensic accounting, insolvency and corporate restructuring. He brings strong commercial discipline to the business and holds an MBA and a Master of Professional Accounting from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Financial Analysis from Stellenbosch University.

Daniel is Kervale’s Assistant Development Manager, supporting projects from concept to completion. He helps coordinate teams, consultants and contractors across planning, feasibility, programming and delivery. With a First Class Honours degree in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering from RMIT University, Daniel brings a strong technical background and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to the Kervale team.

Fiona is Kervale’s Executive Assistant and Office Administrator, bringing extensive experience in executive support and office management across property and construction. Highly organised and proactive, she helps keep the business running smoothly.

Jacqui is Kervale’s Bookkeeper, helping keep the business organised, compliant and financially on track. With more than 15 years’ experience in building and construction, she brings strong attention to detail, reliability and a practical approach.
