Homeless Youth
Kervale proudly supports Steps for Homeless Youth, helping young Victorians experiencing homelessness build pathways toward stability and independence. Through this initiative, Kervale helped raise $23,264.

Kervale proudly donated $50,000 to We Care Solar, supporting reliable solar-powered electricity for healthcare facilities in underserved communities and helping improve maternal and newborn care.
Homeless Youth
Steps for Homeless Youth supports young Victorians experiencing homelessness by helping provide safe and secure housing opportunities. Every young person deserves the stability and dignity that comes with having a place to call home.
Team Kervale is proud to support this important cause and was recognised as the Number 1 Fundraiser in 2024, raising $13,804. In 2026, the team again achieved the Number 1 Fundraiser position, raising an outstanding $21,377.99.

Since launching our first intern program in 2023, we have provided valuable hands-on experience for students and young people seeking careers in the property sector, helping foster the next generation of industry professionals.

Kervale is proud to support Artbank, an Australian Government visual arts initiative that has supported artists for more than 40 years.
Through our partnership, curated Artbank artworks have been brought into the Kervale office and the homes of purchasers at ESSENCE | Brighton.
Property Unities brings together property professionals to support Avalon Centre’s Homes for the Homeless program. Through the charity luncheon live auction, Kervale contributed $17,000.
Kervale has proudly supported the Alexandra community for almost a decade through regional land subdivisions and local sponsorships, including close to 200 lifestyle and residential lots.
In 2025, Kervale selected the Alexandra Football and Netball Club as a key community sponsorship partner, recognising its inclusive programs, youth engagement and strong local impact.
Through these initiatives and partnerships, Kervale continues to invest in people, culture and community - ensuring our impact extends well beyond the built environment.
