New milestones at ELEMA Brighton Internally, plastering is complete and first coat of paint applied throughout, while waterproofing and tiling to the bathrooms is almost complete, bringing the interiors closer to their final expression.

Cabinetry carcasses are currently being installed, with 2pac joinery doors to follow, and the site measure for stone benchtops and surfaces scheduled to commence shortly.

‍

Externally, the building has reached a significant milestone. Rendering and painting is complete, and the architectural metal screens have now been installed to the façade.

‍

Conceived as both a functional and aesthetic element, the screens introduce a layer of considered privacy and passive thermal performance, whilst lending the building its distinctive character at street level.

‍

ELEMA remains on programme, with handover in Q4 2026.
